We love giving back to our community. See below some recent community projects we have supported.

Reach Foundation

The Reach Foundation is a youth Not-for-profit organisation established by AFL Brownlow Medalist and 2010 Melbournian of the Year Jim Stynes OAM and film director Paul Currie in 1994. Reach was created from a desire to inspire every young person to believe in themselves and get the most out of life.

Our Chief Operations Officer Andy first became involved with The Reach Foundation in 2018 and proudly now Riverwall Constructions provide a Blanket sponsorship and are involved in mentorship of the younger generation in The Reach Programme.

Riverwall feel privileged to be able to help others through their hard times.

Windang, NSW, 2528 – Before & After

For any of you that have visited our warehouse, you will know our amazing Warehouse Manager, Gary Thompson.
Sadly, last year, Gary’s eldest son, Troy, passed away from cancer. Another son, Ryan only 39, was also diagnosed with cancer. Ryan had undergone treatment and was in remission. However, Gary and his family were informed at the end of February that the cancer had aggressively returned and is terminal.

Gary’s son Ryan purchased a property a few years back in Windang (just past Wollongong), being a Joiner by trade he had planned to renovate the property in the coming years, however due to his health issues he was unable to do that for his wife Karlie and 2 young children.

Riverwall put their hand up and reached out to Gary’s family to help them renovate their home to help put Ryan’s mind at ease during his final few weeks with his wife and children.

A team was put together and we appealed to our friends and subcontractors to help us out in this venture, the response was huge. Within the first weeks of work we had already began internal demolition and works were well underway by the second week.

Works are in progress with more updates to come!
