Before any insurance building works can commence, the insurance company requires you, in most circumstances, to pay your excess to the builder. As a preferred builder of the insurance company, Riverwall can collect any excess on their behalf and provide you with the necessary receipt to evidence payment.
If the Insurance company requires you to undertake maintenance prior to commencement of the insurance works, Riverwall can work with you privately to meet these conditions.
As excesses vary by insurer and by customer, you may need to speak with your insurer, or insurance advisor, separately
