One of our qualified Estimators will attend your premises within 4 days^ to inspect your damage and prepare a report for your insurance company, or their appointed representative. Once your claim is approved, Riverwall will appoint to your claim a Building Service Officer (BSO) who will be your dedicated point of contact for the duration of the claim. Your BSO is responsible for complete management of your job including addressing any questions or issues you may have.

| Sam Mamasioulas, Director
Sam founded Riverwall in 1987 inspired by what he knew he could achieve based on his previous experience in the construction industry. Sam identified a gap in the market for an insurance building specialist and commenced Riverwall.
Riverwall has since grown to service most of NSW through its extensive regional office network and employ over 20 staff. Sam has very strong family ethics which transcends into his business. Sam treats not just his staff but also his customers and clients as part of his extended family.
Sam has been married to Stella for over 33 years and has three children, Frank, Christina and Andy. Sam now has three grand-children.

| Frank Mamasioulas, Major Loss & Speciality Claims Manager.
Frank commenced with Riverwall Constructions in 1996. Franks holds an Associate Diploma in Science & Building. Frank has managed major claims up to $2M in value. Frank was the sole co-ordinator in the Armidale hail storm of 2006 where Riverwall were responsible for over 300 claims alone. Franks experience encompasses underpinning, works below ground, detailed design and demolition.
Franks has very strong customer service skills, talks openly and transparently. Frank is known for his attention to detail and high quality and expects the same characteristics from his team.

| Lisbeth Legge, NSW Operations Manager
joined Riverwall in 2007 following a career in the armed services (Army Reserve) where Lis was responsible for logistics management and operations for an armoured corp unit. Lis also has extensive customer service experience within the hospitality industry. Following this, Lis moved into property managements specialising in strata and commercial property.
Upon joining Riverwall, Lis finalised claims occurring out of the 2006 Armidale hail storms and managed the recent floods in Coffs Harbour (2009).
Lis is responsible for management of the Estimators and Building Supervisors as well as supplier management in NSW ensuring all of Riverwalls KPI’s are met and our customers remain satisfied.
