By creating this team, Riverwall ensures it can provide the necessary quality and customer service to not just these claims but all claims.
This team includes a Chief Estimator, Project Manager, Engineers, Architects and a Safety & Risk Consultant. All are suitably qualified and have extensive experience in their fields and insurance industry.
The focus of this team is to reduce claims cost through minimising further resultant damage and loss of business (ie business interruption).
